1. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content (e.g., eBooks, courses, templates, guides), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased or accessed, unless otherwise stated.
2. Coaching, Consultations, or Mentorship Programs
If you have booked a coaching session, consultation, or mentorship program, the following terms apply:
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to reschedule or receive credit toward a future session.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with the service received, please contact us at support@jitenmodi.in within 48 hours of the session, and we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.
3. Events, Workshops, or Webinars
If an event or workshop is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
If you are unable to attend a live event, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event to be eligible for a credit or possible refund.
No refunds will be provided for missed events without prior notice.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We kindly request that you contact us directly at support@jitenmodi.in before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
